Our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy

We understand the current health climate and its dangers around the country and in the travel sports world. This event in all regions and at all events will follow all venues, local, county and state (and governing) guidelines for sports activity, participation and crowd gathering as it relates to team registration, competition, meetings and speakers. In addition, we will seek guidance from the appropriate sports associations and sports industry as it relates to the safety and welfare of all teams, coaches, parents and other participants. 

While deposits are non-refundable under normal circumstances, should a registered team need to cancel their attendance at a regional event for The Ladies Ball due to Covid-related issues, the deposit will be credited to the subsequent year and the team offered an automatic invite. Due to time, resources and money already expended for the regional tournaments, The Ladies Ball is unable to refund deposits.

The only exception to non-refundable deposits is a change made by The Ladies Ball to a regional tournament date or location due to Covid-related issues that results in a registered team being unable to attend the regional event due to the change. In such a case, The Ladies Ball will refund the regional event deposit.

We will, from time to time, update all policies on this web-site as we receive them from the appropriate health and venue partners. We understand these are unforeseen and unprecedented times. We aim to balance team competition and health safety the best we can for all.
